No 4:15 today


One-time only schedule change: no 4:15 class today. We have our first class of the new season for Ric Rojas Running starting this afternoon. This is our 4th season working with Ric's athletes. Their spring track season was awesome, and we're excited to get them ready for the fall.

Starting next week, they'll have the gym for an hour on Wednesday mornings. Make sure you check the schedule before you come in.
