Stay away from the gluten


Yinz all make fun of me about the gluten restrictions n'at. But I mean it when I tell you to stay away from the gluten. It's more likely than you think that you may have a problem with it and not even know. Chris Kresser has a good article about the current backlash against the backlash against gluten. Read it! Regardless, the potential downsides of gluten are so great that I don't think it's worth it. There's no gluten-containing food that contains any nutrients that you need that you can't more easily get elsewhere.



Workout

front squat 3x5 (keep it light if you came in yesterday)

then

4 rounds:
2:00 row
2:00 air squat
2:00 KB swing
1:00 rest



Endurance Option

accumulate 15 front squat at 5RM

then/or

same as main workout but keep it below your AeroMAX
