I love when we get to train people for their work


Coach Jordan (above) is now training with the S&C classes in the evenings after she coaches in the morning. She is focused on passing the CPAT test for becoming a firefighter.

2d Lt Jordan (below) is finishing up his visit with us this summer after graduating from West Point on his way to Artillery school.

I love getting to work with people who need to be fit to do their job. There's an extra level of motivation to get as much out of class as they can, and we give them everything we can - they may be the ones rescuing us some day and we want them to be strong to do their jobs as best as they can.





Workout

deadlift 2x5
2 pull-ups between sets

then

for time:
21-15-9
burpees
KB swings
box jumps



Endurance Option

accumulate 15 deadlifts at 5RM
2 pull-ups between sets

then/or

3 rounds below AeroMAX:
1 minute burpees
1 minute KB swing
1 minute box jumps
(9 minutes of work)
