My favorite: Squat day.

Mark's 1-year shirt is special for us. He was our first walk-in member. He was across the parking lot at the laundromat, saw us and for some reason believed in what we were doing and has been around for a whole year. He's given up the Sweet Cow and committed to the endurance program. Now his biggest concern is that we don't get him so strong that he has to buy new suits for work.



Workout

squat 3x5
2 pull-ups between sets

then

squat 3-3-2-2-1-1-1 to a new 1RM



Endurance Option

slowly squat warm up

then

work up to a new heavy single, or try for a PR if you're feeling good.
