Carry heavy things

We couldn't do yesterday's run and farmers walk outside because of a late afternoon thunder storm, so we improvised with rowing sprints and carrying heavy things around the gym. If you want awesome core strength, skip the crunches, just walk around with heavy things. It's safer and more effective.



Workout

front squat 3x5
2 pull-ups between sets

then

20 minutes to work up to a heavy clean

then

12-9-6 cleans at 60%-65%



Endurance Option

accumulate 15 front squats at 5RM
2 pull-ups between sets

then/or

20 minutes to work up to a heavy clean

then

12-9-6 cleans at 60%
