Congratulations Dave

This weekend, Dave, our Masters track athlete, won gold in the Rocky Mountain Masters Games in the 400. He has a great blog post about his experience running an All American time of 63.63s.

We played a very small role in Dave's success, but this is the reason we do what we do. I love to see the successes that our athletes have. In addition to all of the track work that he does, Dave is in the gym every Saturday for his strength work. It's boring, it's not sexy, but he puts in the work and he's performing very well.

We don't care if you're trying for a top-20 in the nation time, or if you're just trying to get moving and feel better. As long as we're helping you become fitter, stronger, and healthier, we're happy. Getting strong helps everyone.
