Power is back...kinda


One of the mains servicing the gym burnt out and took all three fuses with it. We got all the fuses replaced, but we only have the B and C phase working right now, phase A is dead. That's totally fine for the lights and outlets but we don't have hot water yet, so showers are probably a bad idea.



Workout

press 3x5
2 pull-ups between sets

then

warmup with 2 rounds of
10 goblet squats
10 kettlebell swings

then

8 rounds with full recovery
jog to the stop sign
sprint back - this is a full 100% effort sprint



Endurance Option

accumulate 15 presses at 5RM
2 pull-ups between sets

then/or

warmup with 2 rounds of
10 goblet squats
10 kettlebell swings

then

8 rounds with full recovery
jog to the stop sign
sprint back - this is a full 100% effort sprint

this is an intensity day, no need for an AeroMAX limit.
