So much Olympics, so little sleep


You may have noticed that the blog posts lately have been much shorter. That's because we're spending too much time watching the Olympics and too little time sleeping and writing. We'll get back to writing more next week. Don't worry, I have some plans that you'll really like - one is a big-data approach to empirical personalized nutrition and training advice.

Congrats to Sarah Robles for her Bronze in the +75k women's weightlifting yesterday.  It's always amazing to watch people who really know what they're doing.
