Clean your bars

I think only Kassi and I know what this is. 
It's happened recently that we've found blood on the bars that hasn't been cleaned up. Please remember to clean up the bar or any other equipment if you get any blood on it. No one wants to find a bar with blood on it. We have bleach spray in the bathroom - you can help yourself if you have something to clean up. Also, please see us for help in developing blood-free lifting technique!



Workout

squat 3x5
2 pull-ups between sets

then

20 min to work up to a heavy double push press
then
3x8 at 75% of your heavy double



Endurance Option

accumulate 15 squat at 5RM
2 pull-ups between sets

then/or

20 min to work up to a heavy double push press
then
3x8 at 75% of your heavy double
