End of summer

Labor Day weekend means the end of summer, but there's plenty of nice weather left and lots of fall fun to be had in Colorado. Make sure you're getting in to the gym to stay in shape for your adventures in the mountains. And before you know it, ski season will be around the corner!



Workout

front squat 3x5
2 pull-ups between sets

then

5 rounds for a sense of urgency
sprint to the red door and back
10 heavy KB swings
5 pull-ups



Endurance Option

accumulate 15 front squats at 5RM
2 pull-ups between sets

then/or

5 rounds below AeroMAX
jog to the red door and back
15 light KB swings
1 attempt max pull-ups
