Holiday hours Monday

Normal hours today. No classes on Monday. Randy will be there for open gym time 10:30-1:00. The regularly scheduled program called for the strength portion to be 5x2 Snatch, and the main workout to have heavy front squats.  If you want to come in and make something up, how about do your 10 minutes of kettlebell work, 5x2 snatch as part of your strength progression, and then do something like 8 rounds of 3 front squats every 3 minutes. Or go enjoy the mountains before the snow starts.
