Compressed Weekend Schedule

Randy and Jordan are away this weekend teaching another USAW course in Grand Junction. We will move the normal Saturday Club Practice to overlap with the S&C class at 10:30, and there will be no Sunday hours. I always enjoy having everyone at the gym at the same time on Saturday - there's an extra energy with everyone sharing platforms.



Workout
