Gym closed Saturday Morning!


Remember, we have our Squat Clinic scheduled this Saturday morning. That means no regular S&C class nor Individualized Programming.  Randy will still be holding normal hours at noon and you're welcome to come in then to work out. Or better yet, go see Jordan for the clinic at 10:30

2 TGUs between sets

3 rounds with full recovery
row 500m
20 burpees



Endurance Option

accumulate 15 presses at 5RM
2 TGUs between sets

then/or

3 rounds below AeroMAX with full recovery
row 750m
20 push-ups
