Kettlebell November


It's no secret that Amy and I really love kettlebells. Last year Amy did a few special month-long kettlebell programs for her classes. She's going to do the same for November too. So, I guess it's No-rack November and Kettlebell November.

Her schedule will be a bit different - Jordan is coaching the 4:15 Monday through Wednesday, and Amy will be there Thursday and Friday, so you'll get the bonus kettlebell work on Thursday and Friday in Amy's class.

It's only available with Amy, so make sure you visit her if you want to do some focused kettlebell work this month. (Except for this Friday, we have something special planned that you won't want to miss.)



Workout

squat 3x5
3 pull-ups between sets

then

continue squatting to a heavy single with perfect form
then
12-9-6 at 65% (of the heavy single)



Endurance Option

accumulate 15 squats at 5RM
3 pull-ups between sets

then/or

continue squatting to a heavy double with perfect form
then
12-9-6 at 60% (of the heavy double)
