The Bear


A couple of weeks ago Isabella suggested that we do The Bear again. I was able to fit it into this cycle today. This is a mental strength workout more than anything else. Don't put the bar down. Suck it up and finish it!

Workout

You have the entire class to complete 5 rounds of The Bear. Go up in weight every round.

A round consists of 7 cycles through the complex without letting go of the bar or resting it on the ground.

power clean
front squat
push press
back squat
BtN push press
