Time is running out for registering for the Squat Clinic


This is an old semi-famous picture in the gym community. I always wanted to get a similar one of our kids, but they don't stop moving long enough for me to get a photo. We don't need to teach kids how to squat. They just know. Then we unlearn it sitting in our desks at school, sitting in our cars to drive to work, sitting in our desks at work, sitting, sitting, sitting. Squatting is a fundamental human movement, it shouldn't be that hard. But it is because we've been shaped by our culture to not practice those movement patterns as we age.

squat 3x5
2 TGUs between sets
