An easy way to keep your commitments to the gym

Are you having trouble finding time after work to get into the gym? Do you have the best intentions but you don't follow through? Last week Joe was talking about his strategy to keep his commitments to the gym (he's never misses a day that he's planned!).

At the beginning of each month, Joe sits down with his calendar and figures out which days he can make it to the gym. Then he signs up for classes (the link at the bottom of the post). It also makes it easier for me, because I don't have to search for his name when I check him in to class because he's signed up.

The best part (and I didn't know this until Joe told me), is that our scheduling software allows you to connect to your calendar and you can get everything synced to your calendar of choice: Google calendar, iPhone, ...

It will be on your schedule, you'll get reminders, and I'll see your name in the class before you show up - that will hold you accountable and help keep you coming in to the gym.
