Clean and Jerk clinic this weekend


This is the last week to get signed up for the C&J clinic that Jordan is teaching on Saturday. Just like the Squat and Deadlift clinic, we have had a great response from the community, but I'd like more members to attend. We do a pretty good job teaching the more technical lifts when they show up in the daily workout, but we don't really get a chance to really dig in to the details. This clinic will be a chance for you to spend 90 minutes with Jordan, you'll learn a lot.
