Holiday Schedule

Happy winter solstice! The days are going to be getting longer now. I'm not sure if we'll have more evening day light yet - I need to check with Michael on that one.  But longer days are better.

We also have Christmas, Hanukkah, Festivus, and the New Year to look forward to in the next couple of weeks. Since folks will likely be out of town, we're going to run a bit of a reduced schedule:

No S&C or early Individualized Programming is scheduled on Christmas Eve. Randy will still have Weightlifting club practice at noon.

The gym is closed Christmas Day.

For the week between Christmas and New Years (26th to 30th), be sure to sign up ahead of time for S&C class.  If no one is signed up, no coaches will be there and you'll have to go home sad.

New Years Eve will be the same schedule as Christmas Eve, no S&C or Individualized programming, and Randy will be there for Weightlifting club.

We don't know about New Years Day yet. We'll probably be closed, but we were also thinking about hosting an early afternoon pot luck celebration if we get enough interest. Stay tuned.

Finally, Randy offered to come in any time that the gym is closed for you if you make arrangements with him ahead of time and you bring him some tequila.
