Lots of opportunities to learn in the new year

After the holidays we'll have a bunch of learning opportunities for you to take advantage of. First up, on Jan 14th we'll conclude our weightlifting clinic series with Jordan instructing the snatch. I got a lot of great feedback from her clean and jerk clinic earlier this month. The snatch is the most technical movement, and so you will get a lot out of working on technique for this lift.

Next month on Feb 18-19, Randy will be teaching another USAW Advanced course. I always love when we do these because people travel a long way (Nebraska, Wyoming, Texas) to listen to Randy. You are really lucky to have Randy available for rants at any time, and you don't even need to travel to hear it. Seriously though, if you've taken the first USAW coaching course, this is the next thing for you, and Professor Randy is a great instructor.

Finally, we're looking to do more clinics in the Spring. We've had great feedback from the ones we did, and Jordan loves teaching them. If there's anything in particular you want some focused practice on, let us know. We can get some clinics scheduled. We even talked Randy into doing a 3-part kettlebell series - no dates yet, but sometime after his February course, so stay tuned.

Let us know what kind of clinics you're looking for here.
