Don't miss the Snatch Clinic on Saturday


This week is your last chance to register for the Snatch Clinic with Jordan. This Saturday at 10:30, we'll conclude our winter weightlifting clinic series with 90 minutes dedicated to the snatch.

Whether you are still learning the basics or needing some minor adjustments, this will be a great time to get some personal attention. Jordan will be focusing on technique, drills, and supplemental work to help you with the Snatch. This is the perfect time to work on perfecting your form and practicing technique outside of the time pressure of a normal class. We'll have enough time that you can go heavy and find out where your form breaks down.

Everyone is welcome - no experience necessary. Jordan can teach a new-comer to the lifts as well as coach a veteran on minor tweaks.


In the spring, look for a Introduction to Weightlifting for Runners and Randy's Kettlebell Series.
