Get strong with Jordan in our new Strength and Power class


Starting in February we're offering a new option for you to choose from. Jordan's 4:15 class will be transitioning to a dedicated "Strength and Power" class. Our normal 5:30 S&C class will remain unchanged. But for those of you who can commit to Jordan 3-4 days a week in 6-8 week chunks, you'll really see some serious gains with this focused program. Here's Jordan's description of the class (it sounds great, I hope to have time to take it myself!):
I'm excited to announce a new class I will be programming for and teaching during the 4:15 hour. This class will be all about lifting weights and getting strong! I'm calling it "Power and Strength". Each day will begin with power development through the quick lifts including the snatch, clean and jerk. The meat and potatoes of the class will be all about strength development through a comprehensive and progressive powerlifting program. This will include the military press, deadlift, bench press and back squat. We will finish up each day with some accessory lifts for some pure muscle building! 
Details about the program will be coming out later this month. I hope to see you in this class coming in February!
