Great start to 2017


Great showing at the first class of the year. Randy had a full schedule of weightlifters throughout the day too! It shows great commitment to come to the gym the Monday after the holidays! Some even fought I-70 traffic to make sure they got their workout in after skiing.

Last week we finished 2016 with a heavy deadlift workout. I wasn't there, but I heard through the grapevine that Melissa got a 30 lb PR and Josh another 10 lbs (it seem that everytime he retests, he gets another 10!). Great job, if anyone else got a big lift in and I haven't heard, let me know!

2 pull-ups between sets

40 double KB box step ups



Endurance Option

complete all of this work, partition however you want
40 push-ups
40 pull-ups
40 double KB box step ups
