Make a plan for your 2017 goals


The goal board is starting to get filled up. If you haven't gotten your goal written down make sure you get it on the board soon. We want you to have something special to focus on.

For those of you who do have your goal up on the board, we need to make a plan to attack it. A good place to start is to find some good skill work that will step you in the right direction. I always assign a little skill work between sets on the strength portion of class - feel free to substitute your own special skill work that's more goal related. Come talk to me before class this week and see if we should make special skill work for you in the coming year.



Workout

deadlift 8-5-3x5
2 TGUs between sets

then

10 rounds with full recovery
go up in weight each round
as a complex
2 clean pulls
1 power clean
2 front squat
2 jerks



Endurance Option
