Winter Weightlifting Series: Snatch


In two weeks Jordan will be closing out the Winter Weightlifting Series on January 14th with her clinic on the snatch. The first two clinics got great reviews. I've noticed that those of you who were at the clean and jerk clinic look a whole lot better on your cleans now. It's hard to get the detailed instruction you need to learn the quick lifts in a 1 hour class. We do really well, but there are subtleties on the lifts that we can't get to easily. This is your chance to focus on the finer points from an expert coach. The snatch is the most technical lift (or maybe I'm biased because it's my nemesis lift) and this clinic is the one you'll get the most out of.




Workout

Endurance Option

presses
5 heavy swings between sets

5 rounds:
every 4:00
row 500m
30 swings - reduce swing volume to keep below AeroMAX.
