Make up Strength class times

I lied at the beginning of the week when I said you'd just march through the 4-day program in order. The classes are full enough (yay!) that it's too hard to manage everyone doing something different. So if you missed a day or two this week and want to make them up, come to the 4:15 class today or the 10:30 class tomorrow morning.



Warm-up

row 500 / run 400
crawling lunge
10 KB swings or snatches
double KB overhead lunge
10 TGUs or windmills
10 goblet squats
5 pull-ups or push-ups or dips

Strength

snatch pull 5-3-2-3x2

Accessory/Skill

2 windmills between strength sets

Group Workout

take 30 minutes to find a 1RM press
