Olympic Lifting Training Camp

Hey folks: Jordan is preparing a full-day training camp on the Olympic lifts. We still have to nail down some dates, but it will be a Saturday early this spring. Jordan will be teaching the finer points of the Snatch and Clean and Jerk and we'll provide BBQ for lunch. Stay tuned for details - this will be something you won't want to miss. Space will be limited to 2 per platform.

From Jordan:
I'm excited to announce our first ever Barbell Strategy Olympic Lifting Training Camp! This will be a one day camp held on a Saturday this spring.
