Short schedule this week


Hey folks, Randy had to unexpectedly leave town this week. Mike and Jordan will be around to help, but we need to shorten our hours a bit. The gym will be open 4:00-7:00 all week. You can come in any time and work on any program - the strength class, normal S&C programming, or your weightlifting program.  We won't have a fixed class time this week, just come in do your work. Weightlifters: be sure to get in early enough that you're done by 7:00.

Be friendly and share platforms - it's going to be crowded.
