Full Day Olympic Weightlifting Camp: April 8


Our USAW Club Coach, Jordan, will be leading a full-day Olympic Weightifting Camp on Saturday, April 8.  We'll start at 9:00 AM and will have a three hour session in the morning, a break for a BBQ lunch, and a two hour session in the afternoon. We are aiming this at athletes who are familiar with the Olympic lifts and are trying to take their technique to the next level. We will train squats and pulls in the morning and finish the day with a friendly team competition. Everyone with even a little experience in the Olympic lifts is encouraged to sign up.

We are going to limit this to a class size of 12 so that you can get sufficient attention. Our pre-announcement got a great response, so don't wait to sign up. When the class is full, we'll start a wait list and we'll run a second camp if there's enough interest.

As for lunch: we are going to get local BBQ. Mike is crazy paleoman and will ensure that everything will be gluten free (except for the bread that they usually throw in with BBQ). If you have any other dietary restrictions, let us know right away and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

The full day of instruction, including lunch, will be $250, Barbell Strategy members get a $100 discount.
