Heavy squats today


I think this is the last test day for a while. The tests this time around clustered more than they normally do - but I guess that how epicycles work.

I know I promised a part 2 to yesterday's rant, but I'm out of time for tonight. I'll get to it later this week.

Don't forget about the full-day Olympic Weightlifting Training Camp coming up. We're already half full.



Warm-up

row 500 / run 400
crawling lunge
10 KB swings or snatches
double KB overhead lunge
10 TGUs or windmills
10 goblet squats
5 pull-ups or push-ups or dips

Strength

push press 5-3-3-3x3

Accessory/Skill

5 Bulgarian split squats between strength sets

Group Workout

squat to a new 1RM
a good sequence to work up is 8-5-3-2-1-1 (reverse Fibonacci)
