Workouts on the road

Todd and Lauren were out of town all last week, but they didn't let that stop them from working out. They followed our programming as best as they could in their hotel, even sending photographic evidence.

They didn't cherry pick the rowing workout and you shouldn't either.



Warm-up

row 500 / run 400
crawling lunge
10 KB swings or snatches
double KB overhead lunge
10 TGUs or windmills
10 goblet squats
5 pull-ups or push-ups or dips

Strength

power clean 3-2-4x2

Accessory/Skill

5 push-ups between strength sets

Group Workout

rowing and deadlifts
somewhere around 20:00 of work
actual details depend on how many show up for class
