Guys earn 2nd place team this weekend


The guys got 2nd place this weekend with only 3 guys to earn points. Great job!

If you are thinking about joining the weightlifting team we have team practice is at 6:30 M-F, and noon on Saturday. You can also schedule time with Randy during the week when he has Individualized Programming hours.



Warm-up

row 500 / run 400
crawling lunge
10 KB swings or snatches
double KB overhead lunge
10 TGUs or windmills
10 goblet squats
5 pull-ups or push-ups or dips

Strength

deadlift 5-3-2-3x2

Accessory/Skill

5 heavy swings between strength sets
