It looks like we're in the middle of a shoulder cycle

Shoulders tired yet? If you're paying attention to our cycles, earlier this year we had a short time where the squat density was higher than normal, and another when the deadlift density was pretty bad. Now we're in a bit of a overhead cycle. Lots of OHS and pressing clustered together.

Interested in another weightlifting clinic? I'm starting to hear some folks talking that they'd like another clinic soon, particularly one focused on snatch. If we can get enough interest, I'm sure it would be easy to talk Jordan into spending a morning working with you - and of course we'll provide some BBQ for lunch. That was a big hit last time (the lifting after BBQ wasn't as big of a hit, so we'll keep it at a half day). Please let me know if you're interested in either a single clinic or another series like we had in the fall.
