New S&C class next week!

Isabella is starting to coach our new 8:30AM S&C class starting Monday (no class on Tuesday, the 4th and then back to being regularly scheduled on the 5th). Our programming is going to be basically the same, the classes will just have a different flavor.

I've been trying to figure out the best way to describe our different approaches to class and I think if you look at the music that we pick, you'll understand. If Isabella gets to the gym before me, I know punk rock will be on. If I get there first, you're treated to 90s grunge.

The mornings with Isabella will be more punk rock and higher intensity, and the afternoons with me will be more grunge and get-the-work done. Both the daily S&C program and weekly strength program will be available at both classes.

Either way, it's still the same great programming that you're used to. Rather than be formulaic, I prefer to let our coaches' personality come out in how they run their classes.

And of course you'll still get nerd rock Amy (or more likely, awkward silence) on the weekends with her awesome kettlebell workouts.
