Obligatory XKCD


I was going to have another coconut oil rant and why you shouldn't just blindly follow advice from the news and from the government, but then I saw this XKCD in my feed. Think for yourself, don't follow silly news articles and distilled advice from the government.

Oh, and this is why I always dread telling someone that I'm a quantum mechanic...it's not really as interesting as you think after you learn the decade of math you need to really understand it.  It's like XKCD just gets me...





Warm-up

row 500 / run 400
crawling lunge
10 KB swings or snatches
double KB overhead lunge
10 TGUs or windmills
10 goblet squats
5 pull-ups or push-ups or dips

Strength

squat 8-5-3x5

Accessory/Skill

2 pull-ups + 2 dips between strength sets

Group Workout

pull-up / chin-op:
perform 40 total reps of the most challenging variation possible in 3-4 rep sets with full range of motion and proper mechanics

then 

5 rounds:
3L, 3R kettlebell back squat @ a challenging weight
15 body weight row

then

2 minute 1-arm bodyweight row hold
switch arms as needed
