The Bear


Last week Brian reminded me that we have had an accidental tradition of doing The Bear during 4th-of-July-week.  So today we'll interrupt our regularly scheduled programming for The Bear.



The Bear

5 rounds of the complex going up in weight every round
7 reps of
   1 power clean
   1 front squat
   1 push press
   1 back squat
   1 btn push press

touch-and-go-only on the cleans
no putting the bar down until all 7 reps are complete
rest as needed between rounds, you have the full hour (you'll need it if you do it right)
