Show me your notebooks

Hannah's training log
Last year Hannah wrote a great post about how she keeps track of her training. I've been trying to find a way to create a notebook designed for your logs, but I can't quite nail down a design I like. So for those of you who track your workouts (and you should!) can you send me a picture of what your notebook looks like? I want to see what you all are tracking and develop a standard notebook that everyone can use. Bonus points (or maybe burpee credits) for everyone who sends me a picture of a page of their notebook.



Warm-up

row 500 / run 400
crawling lunge
10 KB swings or snatches
double KB overhead lunge
10 TGUs or windmills
10 goblet squats
5 pull-ups or push-ups or dips

Strength

squat 5-3-3-3x3

Accessory/Skill

2 pull-ups + 2 dips between strength sets

Group Workout

5 rounds:
3L, 3R kettlebell clean from ground + jerk.  
Challenge yourself.

then 

As quickly as possible:
40 inchworm + push-up

then

2 minute bar hang
