Voting for your fall shirt design

If all else fails, we can go with the usual...
I got a bunch of entries at the last minute and put together the ballot for voting over the weekend. Now it's up to you to pick the shirt you'd like. We'll go with both long and short sleeve plus tank tops. Next week the winning design will be open for order. This will be a limited edition design.




Warm-up

row 500 / run 400
crawling lunge
10 KB swings or snatches
double KB overhead lunge
10 TGUs or windmills
10 goblet squats
5 pull-ups or push-ups or dips

Strength

deadlift 8-5-3x5

Accessory/Skill

5 heavy swings between strength sets
