Ancestral Heath Symposium Videos


Sorry, short post today. The Ancestral Health Society got all of this year's videos up on the you tubes, so I was watching that instead of writing blog posts. Go pick a video and watch it and pretend I'm ranting at you about it - it will give you the same effect.

double KB overhead lunge
10 TGUs or windmills
10 goblet squats
5 pull-ups or push-ups or dips

Strength

power snatch 3-2-4x2

Accessory/Skill

5 push-ups between strength sets

Group Workout

Kettlebell snatch ladder, increasing weight each round:
10L,10R 
8L,8R
6L,6R
4L,4R
2L,2R

then 

5 rounds: 
15 box jumps
10 push ups

then

2 min bar hang
