Hardstyle Kettlebell Today; TSC This Weekend


No 8:30 class today, back to normal schedule tomorrow.

Don't miss the Hardstyle class. Jeremy is starting his 3-day a week Hardstyle Kettlebell class at noon today. This class will be a great prep for the Tactical Strength Challenge - we'll be doing those every time they come up.

Speaking of the TSC - the next one is this Saturday. We're going to get started warming up at 9:00AM, with heats starting shortly after that. We'll see what Jeremy has planned.

Don't miss the TSC this weekend. It will be a great intro and practice to see what a TSC is all about. But more importantly, we're going to use this event as a fundraiser to put together a big care package for our other Jeremy who is currently deployed in Afghanistan.

If you're planning on doing the TSC, please add yourself to the Saturday S&C class here. We're hoping this will be a big turnout, so we'd like to have an idea of who is coming.
