Here's how many Burpees you need to burn off your Halloween candy


Asking how much work you need to do to undo your Halloween candy binge is just like asking how many miles you need to run to undo a cigarette. It's not like a bank where good and bad balance each other out.

Halloween candy isn't special. You're an adult, you can drive to the store any time you want and get some candy. Don't use this as an excuse to binge. Do a cost-benefit analysis instead. Do you consistently lift heavy weights and get good sleep so that you're buffered against a large dose of sugar? Is there a special occasion every day that you use to "cheat" on some kind of snack?

If it's truly a one-time occurrence and you're being social and having a fun time and you've been taking care of yourself and can handle the sugar, don't sweat it. But be honest with yourself.
