Is there a demand for an early morning class?

Jeremy would like to do an early morning class (in addition to Isabella's late-morning class). He doesn't want to get up early and drive in from Broomfield unless there's some interest. I've been hearing rumblings that some of you would really like to workout in the morning (I don't know why, but that's just me). If you're interested in any early morning times, please fill out the survey below so we can see what times are the most popular. 





Warm-up

row 500 / run 400
crawling lunge
10 KB swings or snatches
double KB overhead lunge
10 TGUs or windmills
10 goblet squats
5 pull-ups or push-ups or dips

Strength

snatch 5-3-2-3x1

Accessory/Skill

2 windmills between strength sets

Group Workout

5 rounds:
2L, 2R Kettlebell clean from ground + jerk + overhead squat 
at a challenging weight

then 

8 rounds as quickly as possible:
5 pull ups
5 push ups
10 box jumps

then

2 min bar hang
