Choose your division for the TSC


The spring TSC is getting close. April 14th we'll be joining gyms all around the world doing the Tactical Strength Challenge. You'll all be doing a TSC prep program starting in March, so you might as well do the TSC. There are many divisions, you can compete in any division you want - so you have no excuse to skip.

Start thinking about what you want to commit to. The TSC prep program will be based off of your Deadlift goal and your Snatch weight.

If you want the official t-shirt (and who doesn't love t-shirts) and for your score to be posted world wide, you need to sign up at Strong First by the end of February.

If anyone sends me proof their registration for the Elite division, I'll also sign up for Elite to compete with you. It's heavy and crazy, but why not.



Warm-up

row 500 / run 400
crawling lunge
10 KB swings or snatches
double KB overhead lunge
10 TGUs or windmills
10 goblet squats
5 pull-ups or push-ups or dips

Strength

bench press 5-3-3-3x3

Accessory/Skill

6 renegade rows between sets

Group Workout

6 rounds
3L, 3R kettlebell row
0:20 rest

then

accumulate:
50 weighted lunges
50 dips - scaled as necessary 
50 kettlebell swings 

then

2 x 20 pvc partial pullover
