Dave's new photos of the evening class posted


The morning folks are used to Dave showing up and taking pictures while they workout. Last week he graciously showed up last week at the more crowded evening class to get some great pictures of everyone. Here's a link to his latest gallery, scroll through and see if you're in it. Dave is really talented at catching action in sport. We gave him an extra challenge with our grungy low-light conditions in the evening. He did a wonderful job in a challenging environment.




Warm-up

row 500 / run 400
crawling lunge
10 KB swings or snatches
double KB overhead lunge
10 TGUs or windmills
10 goblet squats
5 pull-ups or push-ups or dips

Strength

snatch 5-3-2-4x2

Accessory/Skill

5 heavy swings between sets

Group Workout

spend 15 minutes on kettlebell snatch work then safely work up to a HEAVY single

then

6 rounds:
10 pull-ups
10 kettlebell swings
5L, 5R kettlebell push press
rest 1:00

then

10L, 10R windmills at a cool-down weight
