Listen to Randy's Podcast

I'm a little late in getting this posted - last week Jason from Strength Running posted his interview with Randy. Nominally the topic was how to strength train for running, but as you can imagine, Randy starts quoting old Russian training literature and lots of other academic stuff that you never hear from a typical strength coach.

Seriously, I really enjoyed listening to it. I've listened to many podcasts over the years, and no one sounds as smart about training as Randy did. You're really lucky to have access to Randy and his knowledge about everything training related.

At some point, I want to start a regular podcast with him. I'm thinking I'll just ask him a single question and press record. Let's start compiling a list of questions - send me your suggestions!.  Remember it can be about anything: training, fine art, music, publishing, railroads. (I think that's all the jobs he's had, but I learn new things every day).

Here's a direct link to the podcast, add it to your queue and listen to it on your commute today.
