More on the differences in the squat


Yesterday, I had a showed you a video demonstrating the differences in squat form based on your proportions.  Today, I'm going to recycle a post from a while ago about the differences in how your joints formed and how that affects your squats.

Warm-up

row 500 / run 400
crawling lunge
10 KB swings or snatches
double KB overhead lunge
10 TGUs or windmills
10 goblet squats
5 pull-ups or push-ups or dips

Strength

squat 5-3-3-3x3

Accessory/Skill

5 pull-ups between sets

Group Workout

4 rounds:
5L, 5R kettlebell back squat
10 goblet squat 
0:45 rest 

then

5 rounds:
20 weighted lunges 
10 pull ups
5 push ups
1 minute rest 

then

2 minute bar hang
