Yay Olympics!


Amy and I love staying up late to watch the Olympics every 4 (2) years! Be prepared for some short half-assed post for the next two weeks. I won't be able to devote at much attention to ranting.



Warm-up

row 500 / run 400
crawling lunge
10 KB swings or snatches
double KB overhead lunge
10 TGUs or windmills
10 goblet squats
5 pull-ups or push-ups or dips

Strength

press 5-3-3-3x3

Accessory/Skill

2 TGUs between sets

Group Workout

Continue press to a new 1RM

then (if you have the energy after a 1RM)

5 rounds:
3L, 3R kettlebell overhead squat 

then

2 x 20 partial pvc pull over
