Still not feeling 100%.  Going to bed early.  I'll rant more next week and update you on our new and improved Kinstretch offering.

If you were planning on coming to the one that starts tomorrow - we had to cancel it because not enough folks signed up for it. We'll start on the 31st with Saturday-only classes and not as much commitment required.

front squat 8-5-3x5
5 push-ups between sets

next step in pull-up progression and
deadlift 5x35%, 65%x5, 5x80%, 5x75%
