Hey! Sign up for the Kinstretch course!

Starting March 24, we're going to be offering a 6-week Kinstretch course focused on the squat. This was a really big hit last time, so we're expanding the offering. The progressive nature of Kinstretch really aligns well to a course rather than drop-ins. We're a small gym, so spaces are limited.
