Kinstretch is coming to Barbell Strategy at the end of the month

Earlier this year, we hosted Traci and Bridget, two local Kinstretch instructors for an introduction to Kinstretch. We had a much bigger turnout than I expected. I got such great feedback about both what Kinstretch is and how well Traci and Bridget taught it that I knew I had to find a way to bring Kinstretch to the gym regularly.

Kinstretch, just like regular strength programming, works best if you have a structured progression, not just randomly showing up to stretch once in a while. So we are going to offer a 6-week, 12-class series focused on proper mechanics for the squat.

For the 12 classes, the course will only be $140 for Barbell Strategy members ($175 for everyone else). That's crazy cheap because they normally charge $30 for a one hour class. The course runs from March 24 to May 5. 

Classes will be Saturday morning at 10:30 instead of normal S&C class, and Wednesday evenings at 5:30 sharing space with S&C class. Because we'll need to share space, the class size is limited.
